Established in June of 1984, the National Association of Presort Mailers (NAPM) is an association of firms concerned with postal programs, especially worksharing and discounts for presorted, automated mail. Representing a significant percentage of the presort mailing industry, the NAPM is currently comprised of over 90 corporate members operating over 140 businesses in 36 states.

Our members are early adopters and leading edge service providers of latest Postal Service products and innovations. Our member businesses are also industry adaptors, as the mail customers’ needs have changed so too have our member companies so that today they also do marketing, data management, printing, list mailings, and combined/commingled mailings of all classes and categories (First Class Flats, Periodicals, Standard Letters and Flats, and Package or Priority Services). We also have vendor members that provide mailing technology and equipment solutions to mail users throughout the world.

Our members interact with thousands of postal customers, advising them on mailing benefits and standards, and provide services that facilitate consumer business mailings. NAPM members have knowledge and experience, which qualifies them as specialists in performing mail-processing services that provide mail users with cost effective optimal delivery service mailing solutions to communicate with their customers.
